Communication & Outreach Assistant (Female)

We are looking for a female Communication & Outreach Assistant who is fluent in English and confident in both written and spoken communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sending emails and messages via social media, replying to inquiries, and occasionally making calls when needed. This is a dynamic role that requires consistency, professionalism, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Send outreach emails and follow-ups
- Send messages through social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Generate interest in our services and follow up on leads
- Respond to incoming emails and maintain regular communication
- Follow up with leads or clients via email, messages, and occasional phone calls
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all communication
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain client engagement.
- Utilize and improve communication scripts for effective outreach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless onboarding experiences.
Requirements:
- Female candidate only
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Proven experience in email outreach and occasional cold-calling, particularly with clients in the US, UK, CA, AU, NZ, and Europe.
- Good communication skills and professional attitude
- Basic understanding of email and social media tools
- Comfortable making occasional phone calls when required
- Reliable internet connection and flexible availability
- Minimum of 2 years of Sales experience
Location: Hybrid / Remote
Salary: BDT 15,000–20,000 per month, the salary will be reviewed and increased based on performance. High performers may also receive commissions of up to BDT 50,000
Work Schedule: 5 days a week, 7 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
